- Cancellation of orders will be considered only before initiating the delivery / Installation of the product (Once the engineer starts for delivery or installation, customer will be notified by SMS / Phone call)
- Once the battery / UPS / Ordered item is unpacked or installed and verified, cancellation of the same product cannot be accepted
- Orders cancelled after initiation of delivery / installation will attract nominal charges of Rs 150 per product.
- In case of prepaid order cancellation with valid reason, refund will be initiated within 5 working days of cancellation of order/s
- No charges or payment will be applicable in case any order is cancelled by bookyourbattery.com because of any unforeseen reasons like product out of stock / heavy rains / some accidents
- In case of damaged or defective items on arrival, please report the same to us on 7090541234 at the time of delivery / Installation itself & our team will ensure replacement of faulty or damaged item by a fresh brand new product at no extra cost
- In case if you feel that, the product received by you is not matching the specifications of order placed by you, you must bring it to our notice before product is installed or unpacked, so that appropriate action can be taken towards the same issue. .
