The discount specified on the website for the old item exchange will not be applicable if the old item has a lower capacity or is of a different type than the one being purchased / ordered. If the old item's rating is lower, the offered discount will be adjusted accordingly, potentially being lower than the initially displayed discount.
To streamline the process, in the case of an old battery with a lower capacity compared to the new battery to be purchased, the customer may need to pay an additional amount. This differential amount is calculated at Rs 20 per ampere-hour (AH), with a minimum charge of Rs 50. For example, if a customer plans to buy a 150 AH battery, and the old battery for exchange is 120 AH, the difference in AH is 30, resulting in an additional charge of Rs 600 ( Rs 20 per AH) compared to the amount mentioned on the website.
Delivery / Installation:
The delivery of Inverter / UPS / Battery is inclusive of the specified price on the website and is limited to the ground floor& Bengaluru city limits depending upon pinocde of the area prescribed by Ideal Power Solutions. Additional charges may be applicable for delivery to higher floors and may vary case to case basis. Also if the placement of the UPS / battery is required at a height above 4 feet, an additional charges would be applicable.
Furthermore, the installation service for UPS/Inverter and Battery encompasses various tasks, including interconnecting the UPS/Inverter& battery, assembling the trolley (if purchased), connecting the input and output of the UPS/Inverter to electrical points if provided, and providing a demonstration of its functionality. Electric wiring (labour or material) is not part of standard installation.
